Our highly-credentialed electrical engineering staff have extensive experience in board design, board layout and custom firmware. We use state-of-the-art schematic capture tools as we design and layout custom circuit boards. Our electrical engineering team works closely with our mechanical engineering team for integration of the board with connectors, cabling, terminations and housings. Boards may be digital and/or analog with optional processors.
Significant value is created for our customers by our assistance on sophisticated board assemblies with relatively low volumes. We take existing schematics, update the bill of materials to reflect current component offerings and re-layout out the board to optimize performance. We finish by fabricating, populating, testing and installing the boards.
We have extensive experience with custom firmware, particularly for low-powered, RF-enabled, data capture devices. Similarly, we have in-depth knowledge of the TI family of processors and code for clock / systems / timer / counters / AD-DA.
