We are specialists in electro-mechanical packaging and miniaturization. We are known for our ability to take a long list of required components and carefully package them into a small footprint with tight constraints. For example, our custom optical sensors integrate three linescan cameras, advanced data acquisition electronics, a robust battery, a central processor and bluetooth wireless communication — all of which fits into the dimensional equivalent of a matchbox. (NOTE - the form factor could be smaller if the customer was willing to live with a smaller battery.)
The US MOTION combination of engineering know-how and in-house machining capabilities means that we can rapidly produce prototypes of highly sophisticated electro-mechanical devices. Once the electro-mechanical design is finalized and the assembly released for production, we perform the manufacturing which includes everything from procurement to fabrication to assembly to testing to quality control to certification to shipping.
