ENGINEERING
Our engineering group collectively represents an impressive aggregation of design experience and expertise with precision measurement sensors and systems. This experience includes critical areas such as pcb design, electro-mechanical packaging, precision slides, strain gauges, load cells, linear variable differential transducers, precision optics and optical aligners. Throughout the design and prototype phases, our engineers continuously endeavor to design in manufacturability, serviceability and ease-of-use and design out unnecessary costs. It all starts with world-class engineering.
MACHINING
We have precision machining capabilities, including milling, turning and wire. Our exceptional quality and lead time on fabricated motor parts is largely a function of the fact that we can machine all prototype components and critical dimensions in-house. The machining requirements for most of the precision measurement system components are tight, intricate and critical, particularly for the calibration stands.
MANUFACTURING
With the assembly and manufacturing of precision measurement systems, our approach centers on quality, efficiency and flow. Underpinning every sensor (or related) assembly process is a significant amount of experience, deliberation and planning. For us, success is dependent upon our ability to absorb and manage the subtle nuances involved in each assembly and testing process — a level of care and attention to detail that you typically do not see in a manufacturing company.
